One address, read by a person. Write about a charge, a subscription, a mistake in a gloss or a lexicon entry, or anything else on the site.
There is no ticket queue and no chatbot. Email is the whole of it.
[email protected] reaches the person who builds the site. Include the book and chapter if you are reporting something in the text, and the email address on your account if the question is about billing.
A person reads it and replies. This is a small operation rather than a support department, so allow a couple of working days. A message about a charge is answered ahead of everything else.
Open the account panel inside the reader and follow the link to the Stripe customer portal, which cancels immediately. Your saved vocabulary stays on the server, so resubscribing restores the list.
Subscriptions are processed by Correct Digital, Inc., so a statement may show that name rather than All For Heaven. The two are the same business; see below.
The text, the glosses, the lexicon and the topic pages are free and need no account. Audio and saved vocabulary are the subscription. The pricing page lists both in full.
Nothing on this site asks you to sign in. An account exists only to carry a subscription and to sync saved vocabulary between devices, so the Greek text and everything written about it opens straight away.
All For Heaven is a DBA of Correct Digital, Inc. Subscriptions are processed and receipts issued under that name, which is why a card statement may not say All For Heaven.
The site is built and written by Peter Heise, who also runs Awareness of God, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. More about both.
What the site stores and why is set out in the privacy notice, and the terms of the subscription in the terms.
